Libertas's partner in Ireland is the Clinton Institute for American Studies at University College Dublin]. The Institute, established in 2003, provides a focus for research and postgraduate teaching in the field of American Studies through Masters and PhD degrees and a programme of activities devoted to advancing academic research and public discussion about the United States. It is led by Professor Liam Kennedy, a former Head of American and Canadian Studies at the University of Birmingham.

Libertas's partner in Iran is the Institute for North American and European Studies at the University of Tehran. Established in 2005, the Institute provides innovative postgraduate degree schemes, research facilities, and a dynamic environment for scholarship. The Institute oversees 5 separate Masters programs. in American and European Studies, and with over 40 academic staff from different faculties and disciplines, it provides a holistic approach to the study of America and Europe.
